Plenty of driveways out here crack and lift within a few years — almost always because the base wasn’t prepped for the reactive clay underneath. We do it properly: strip and compact the base, set the right falls for drainage, lay correctly sized steel mesh, and cut control joints so the slab moves with the ground instead of cracking randomly.
We can break out and cart away the old driveway, re-prep the base and pour fresh — one team, start to finish, site left clean.
Every site is different, so we measure on site and give you a clear written quote — size, finish, prep and drainage all spelled out. No surprises when the truck leaves.

As a guide, plain or broom-finish runs about $80–$150/m² and exposed aggregate $100–$170/m² in 2026 — the final price depends on size, access, site prep and finish. We quote on site for free.
Walk on it the next day, but keep vehicles off for about 7 days while it cures and gains strength (a bit longer in cool weather).
All concrete can hairline, but proper base prep, steel reinforcement and control joints stop the major cracking and lifting that reactive clay causes. That’s where we focus.
