For a straightforward, budget-friendly driveway, broom finish is hard to beat. For kerb appeal on a newer build, exposed aggregate is the most popular upgrade. Stencil and stamped shine on feature areas — entrances, alfrescos and paths — where the pattern gets noticed. Coloured concrete is a cheap way to take the glare off a big slab in full sun.
